While every effort is made to attend your birth, there are rare circumstances where this may not be possible due to the unpredictable nature of labour.
If I am unable to attend, we will discuss alternative support options where possible, and you will continue to be fully supported by your medical care team. This will always be communicated with care, honesty, and respect.
